A New Bill Experience

Our systems will be down for upgrades starting at 3 PM on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, through 1 PM on Monday, July 28, 2025. During this time, we won’t be able to process credit card or electronic check payments. We apologize for any inconvenience. Service disruptions for non-payment will be suspended until July 31, 2025 at 8AM.

Here’s some key updates coming your way:

  • You’ll soon see a redesigned bill with clearer details about your account, including your balance, payment options, and straightforward explanations of our policies.
  • New Online Portal: Get ready for our updated online portal! You’ll be able to view your bills and payments in real time. The new portal link is scheduled to go live on our website in the afternoon on Monday, July 28, 2025.
  • Payment Processing Fees: When paying online, the fee for credit card payments will remain 3.25% or $1.50, whichever is greater. The fee for an electronic check (e-check) will be a flat $1.95.
  • Automatic Payments: If you sign up for automatic payments, the credit card fee will stay the same. However, all automatic payments made via e-check will have no fee.
  • Important Account Number Change: Your account number will be changing. If you currently pay us through your bank’s bill pay site, please update your account information with them to ensure your payments are posted in a timely manner.
  • Late Fee Policy: Just a reminder, a 5% late fee will be applied to the water charges portion of your bill if we don’t receive your payment by the due date. This fee will not apply to sewer or refuse charges.
  • Streamlined Late Payment Process: If your payment is late, you’ll now receive a letter with a clear service shut-off date—14 days from your bill’s due date. The good news is you won’t need to call us for an extension anymore.
