Request, Comments, Petitions by Members of the Public

The General Manager discussed the email received from the property owner of 00000 Michals Road. This property is served by a 2.25 inch line obtained from RWD # 8 in 2005. The acceptance of the line placed some limitations such as no new meter taps, unless the pipe is replaced with an 8-inch line. Also, the Line Extension Policy from 1978 is still in effect. The Board directed the General Manager to send a letter to the property owners explaining the Board’s position.
