Stop Service

Please submit this service request at least two (2) business days in advanced.

If you are staying within the Leavenworth Kansas area, please complete a Start/Transfer Service application instead.

Disclosure: The water will be turned off after 1PM on the date you have requested.

If the work order has been completed or if our technician is at the address to turn off the water and the date is changed, you will be charged a trip fee of $35.00.

Please Note: Your final bill will reflect the water usage up up to your official stop-service date. If you have a security deposit on file, it will automatically be applied to this final balance. Please rest assured that you are only being billed for water consumed while your account was active, and no further charges will occur after this final statement.
