Water Turn-On Policy:

If the water is currently off, Leavenworth Waterworks will attempt to turn the water on. However, if our technician detects continuous water flow at the property, they will be unable to leave the service on. Instead, the water off will remain off and our office will call to arrange an appointment for a technician to meet with you.

Please be aware that missing this appointment will result in an additional charge of $35.00 for appointments scheduled between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or $45.00 if the appointment was requested between 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Once your service is activated, you will receive an email within three business days containing payment instructions for your deposit and admin fee. Please monitor your inbox, including spam and junk folders.

Important: Deposit must be received within three business days of the email date. Failure to pay by this deadline will result in a service disconnection and a $50 reconnection fee in addition to the original deposit.
