Start/Transfer Service

You can sign-up for service by filling out the form below or in-person at our office at 601 Cherokee St. Please submit this form at least 2 business days before the New Service Start Date.

Once water is activated you will be contacted with instructions on how to pay your Deposit and Admin fee.

Water Turn-On Policy:

If the water is currently off, Leavenworth Waterworks will attempt to turn the water on. However, if our technician detects continuous water flow at the property, they will be unable to leave the service on. Instead, the water off will remain off and our office will call to arrange an appointment for a technician to meet with you.

Please be aware that missing this appointment will result in an additional charge of $35.00 for appointments scheduled between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or $45.00 if the appointment was requested between 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Deposit Agreement:

After your service is activated, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to pay your deposit and admin fee. This email should arrive within three business days of your activation date.
