Late Payments & Disconnection Policy
A 5% late fee will be applied to any unpaid water charges after the due date. This late fee applies only to water charges and doesn’t affect city sewer or refuse charges. This fee helps us cover the additional administrative costs associated with late payments including printing of notices and postage.
If an account becomes delinquent, you’ll receive a disconnection notice. To prevent interruption of service, all outstanding charges must be paid, as water service is subject to disconnection 14 days after your bill’s due date.

Disconnection & Reconnection Fees
Should your service be disconnected due to non-payment, a $50 charge will be applied. This charge increases to $75 if you request reconnection between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
To restore service, all past due amounts and applicable fees must be paid in full.
Restoration of service is done Monday – Friday 8AM – 4PM excluding holidays.
