Bills are due within two weeks of the billing date. If we have not received your payment by the date printed on your bill, a reminder bill will be sent out. This bill is a reminder to anyone that inadvertently did not pay and gives a date for any customer needing an extension. Extensions can be made in our office or over the phone.
If your account is overdue and no arrangements are made to pay, then your water service will be disconnected. There is an additional $50 fee to reconnect service during normal business hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The fee is $75 if reconnecting from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
